In keeping with or mission to our community, our doors are open to groups and individuals. We ask that all who use our building will help us be good stewards by agreeing to these guidelines set by our Board of Trustees.
1) Please use only approved space.
2) Keep refrigerator and kitchen doors closed.
3) Leave the space in good order. Sweep the Hall, bag up and remove all trash when leaving.
4) Leave all equipment and furniture as found. (Leave four tables and accompanying chairs set up. Fold up and store additional chairs and tables used) NOTE: White tables and chairs must remain in the Hall. Wooden tables and chairs may be borrowed for use in other locations.
5) Turn off all lights and ceiling fans; set the thermostat at 60 degrees, lock windows and doors when leaving.
6) No smoking or alcohol.
7) Capacity of Hall is 200.
